Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” We reserve the right to charge the full price for the “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session.

I hope you can understand as I have thought long and hard about having to implement this change.
Sadly due to several recent "no shows" or last minute cancellations it is now necessary for me to ask for payment upfront to secure a booking for all new clients or clients who have missed previous appointments. Once a booking has been made, you will be emailed with information about your first appointment and invoice to pay via bacs which will secure your appointment. If you are an existing regular client this will not affect you in any way.
I truly appreciate everyone who gives me plenty of notice of any changes, amendments or cancellations as it gives me chance to contact the people on my waiting list.
Safety and Security
CCTV has now been installed within the waiting room, and for all new clients we reserve the right to ask for a photo id in advance.

- We are saddened that, due to last minute cancellations and no-shows, that we have had to introduce this cancellation policy. We hereby reserve the right to implement this policy.
