Book appointment/class now
Please can you allow enough time to arrive for your appointment, if you have any questions please message Katherine and/or call 07834954993

Change to t's & c's. Sadly due to several recent "no shows" or last minute cancellations it is now necessary for me to ask for payment upfront to secure a booking for all new clients. Once a new client booking has been made, you will be emailed with information about your first appointment and invoice to pay via bacs which will secure your appointment.

1ST VISIT – THINGS TO KNOW

Please also read the page about our covid procedures by clicking here
  1. Relax and enjoy your visit.
  2. Directions: Pebble-Moon Holistic Wellbeing Centre, 11 Marine Place, Seaton, Devon, EX12 2QJ. At the bottom of Seaton Town Centre, just opposite Lloyds Bank in the pedestrianised area.  Parking is available at co-op car park, or clients can be dropped off outside.  On the map (to the right) all car parks are marked in Yellow.  There are five disabled parking spaces next to Lloyds Bank in Eyre Court Road just opposite Pebble-Moon.
  3. We have a waiting room where you can relax before or after your appointment.
  4. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card (or by redeeming a gift voucher)
  5. If the “do not disturb” sign is up, please take a seat in our waiting room and relax, Katherine is aware you are there and will be with you for your appointment time. There is no need to knock the door or ring the bell (unless there is an emergency of course)
  6. If you are having a treatment you will be asked to complete a holistic health check questionnaire; this always remains confidential at all times and is to ensure you get the best treatment possible.  This is why we ask you to arrive ten minutes early for your first appointment at Pebble-Moon.
  7. Pebble-Moon is fully disability aware.  However, if there is anything else that we could do to make your visit easier then please let us know.
  8. Assistance Dogs receive a warm welcome and get their own blanket and water bowl (we try to arrange appointments with assistance dogs at a time so that a thorough clean can be carried out afterwards; therefore anyone with pet allergies can be assured of our attention to detail).
  9. We are fully insured, CRB/DBS checked with East Devon District Council, and a member of the Complementary Medical Association.
  10. If you are, or think that you could be, pregnant please let Katherine know immediately as this could affect the treatment or the use of essential oils.
  11. Water is always available during treatments, and there is a bathroom  through the treatment room.
  12. If you have specific needs or requirements, then please let Katherine know immediately so everything possible can be done to accommodate.
  13. If you have any concerns, questions or queries please raise them to Katherine immediately
  14. If you are happy with the treatment you have received, can you please consider leaving a review on facebook or google or telling your friends – it really does help
