Mind Full to Mindful
Although I have only met with Katherine once, she made me feel at ease instantly, I felt safe, comfortable and a great deal of warmth from her. As some one who has Trust issues I felt an instant connection with her. I feel that she believes in me and genuinely does want to help. She is very easy to talk to and puts you at ease, she explains what’s she doing, how it works and why she’s doing it. You remain in control the whole time which is something I need. I am absolutely petrified of what’s to come but excited to be able to move forward with my recovery. I genuinely believe she’s going to help me more than she will ever know.
