• ​No deposit is required unless there has been a previous 'no show'. Payment is due at the time of appointment via credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
• Pebble-moon operates a "do not disturb" policy whilst with a client, so you can rest assured that you get 100% attention during your appointment and session.
• Appointments are "by appointment only" Tuesday to Satu​rday 9.30am-8pm.
• We have a waiting room where you can sit and relax before or after your appointment. There is also a bathroom available.
• Parking - there is disabled parking spaces opposite Pebble-moon next to Lloyds Bank in Eyre Court Road. There is also parking up to 1.5 hours in the Aldi Car park (just a short walk away).​

Cancellation Policy -  We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to charges at the discretion of Pebble Moon.
