People like to know who their therapist is, so here is a little information about myself, Katherine Bolton MA, MCMA, FSWWJ.


Katherine returned to Seaton, East Devon after running a successful retreat in Brittany, France. She is now offering a full selection of various Holistic Therapies to help everyone to reach their full potential in life from her Holistic Wellbeing Centre  in Seaton, East Devon.  The Holistic Wellbeing Centre has a  Waiting Room , bathroom and Treatment Room.  Open Tuesday - Saturday with late evenings available.  

Katherine became interested in a holistic approach to wellness after suffering from long-term personal illness. This led her to Mindfulness Meditation, and  after experiencing the benefits for herself, she then qualified so she was able to offer it at her retreat.  Now she teaches classes, and special outside events in nature at the local Labyrinth, Nature Reserve, Beach, and annually teaches The Morning Meditation by the Lake at The Writer's Summer School. 

During her illness, Katherine benefited from experimenting with many different therapies.  The ones that worked for her, she has continued to study and qualify in, so that she can now offer these to her clients.  This experience creates an empathy and understanding which is rare, and enables Katherine to offer her clients the best experience possible.  Her motto is to turn "stress to serenity".
